Hi guys,
If you have experienced a prompt about updating your client when trying to log in to SL, do not panic! As you may have noticed, Linden Labs has just released a new updated client.
I would take the opportunity to recommend users to download the client and reinstall from the school website instead of attempting to update from the client itself :), since its faster.
Puzzled about which version is the newer one? The version is 1.23.5.136262!
You can check this by going to help under the menu! :)
first click 'About Second Life' under Help.
The version number for your viewer/client will be indicated under the first line of the details displayed.
this updated client has

-16 User Interface changes
-3 Improvements
-6 Bug fixers
